Victim Fights Back
A suspect in a St. Johns County home invasion robbery is in the hospital.
Sgt. Chuck Mulligan with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says three men busted into a home in the south end of the county shortly before midnight.
"One of the occupants of the house did fire a shot at the suspects, and did strike one of the suspects," says Mulligan.
That man has been airlifted to Shands Jacksonville with serious injuries.
The other two alleged robbers have been arrested. They are now being questioned.
